A Lifeline Through Education Charity Dinner

The Islamic Society at Deutsche Bank have been fundraising for Save an Orphan which culminated in a charity dinner at the Qasida Restaurant in Whitechapel, London. In total they raised a fantastic £3150 which will go towards the orphanage building project in Comilla, Bangladesh.


Giving Warmth to Orphans in Gaza

The most severe weather conditions in decades have hit Gaza causing more misery and suffering for thousands of orphans. A powerful winter storm swept across Palestine bringing torrential rain and bitter cold to Gaza causing hundreds of families to flee their homes.


A Lifeline Through Education

As part of our Lifeline Through Education campaign we visited many primary schools around the country and asked the pupils to raise money for the millions of children who are less fortunate them around the world.


Send A Little Hope Orphanage. Shouth Rompur, Bangladesh

The first phase of the laying the foundations has been completed. The 100 orphans that live in Send A Little Hope South Rompur Orphanage now desperately need our help to complete the building of the orphanage.

Over £3000 raised on our Snowdon Climb 2013

The Save An Orphan Snowdon Climb 2013 was a great success, all the climbers had a great day and over £3000 was raised for the orphanage rebuilding project in Dokkin Rompur, Bangladesh.


£18,000 pledged at our Oxford charity dinner: 'Inspiring Dreams: Oxford'

Inspiring Dreams, a fundraising dinner in Oxford, was a huge success with almost £18,000 being pledged on the night. Oxford truly stepped up to the mark and showed overwhelming support to raise an incredible amount of money, which will go towards rebuilding the lives of destitute orphans around the world.

Over £175,000 pledged at our 'Send A Little Hope' charity concert held at Hammersmith Apollo!

'Send A Little Hope' - a concert organised by Save an Orphan in collaboration with Awakening Live was an overwhelming success with a fantastic turnout and a phenomenal amount of £175k pledged on the night for our various causes around the world.


Over £45,000 pledged at our London charity dinner 'Orphans & The Generosity of the Prophet (pbuh)'

This landmark event consisted of a charity dinner, inspirational talks and fundraising auctions all in support of orphans. Our guest speakers were Shaykh Abdur Rahman Helbawy and Shaykh Abdal Hakim Murad. Also featured a performance by Nazeel Azami.

This event held in Cardiff consisted of a charity dinner, various fundraising events, auctions and henna painting all in support of orphans. Our guests were Dr. Abdalla Yassin OBE and Ajmal Masroor.


Over £11,000 pledged at our Swansea charity dinner 'The Love & Sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim'

This event held in Swansea's SA1 quarter consisted of a charity dinner, inspirational talks and various fundraising events all in support of orphans. The speakers were Ajmal Masroor and Arjan Ali. The event was sponsored by local companies.

Save An Orphan had a stall at Cardiff University's Freshers' Fayre 2011. This was a great chance for us to connect with students and raise awareness of our charity. Funds were raised and volunteers were signed up on the day.
